Speech Pathologist / Voice Consultant

Dailan Evans is a certified speech pathologist with special training in voice disorders, irritable larynx and dysphagia (swallowing disorders). Dailan has developed close working relationships with several Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) surgeons and local GPs in an effort to provide the highest quality, multidisciplinary care. He has worked predominantly with adults in private practice, as well as in hospital and aged care settings.

Dailan also brings a diversity of communication and voice-centred endeavour with many years of experience as a professional voice over artist and actor for film, television, radio and stage productions. He has a particular interest in the human speaking voice and its contribution to occupation and communication more broadly. Dailan holds a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from La Trobe University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Melbourne.

He is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia and a member of both the Australian Voice Association and The Laryngology Society of Australasia.
